Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Try-On Recommendation
We recommend trying your shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure proper fit.

Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or outdoor use may not be eligible for return.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email returns@libarsi.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Free of visible wear or damage

• Tried on indoors only
