Try-On Recommendation

• We recommend trying your shoes indoors on a clean surface to keep them in pristine condition. Wearing shoes outside or on rough surfaces may cause damage or dirt that could affect your eligibility for returns.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the shoes within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if shoes show signs of wear beyond try-on or damage inconsistent with normal use.
