SHIPPING

Libarsi ships exclusively within the contiguous United States for a flat fee of $9.99 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item.

All products are shipped via UPS Ground directly from our warehouse. Shipping times typically range from 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that we only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Warehouse Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for warehouse processing to ensure accuracy.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

  • Orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

  • Oversized products may incur additional surcharges, determined by the carrier.

  • Items in your order may ship from multiple locations, which could result in slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS

To return your merchandise, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to returns@libarsi.com with the following information:

    • Your name

    • Your email address

    • Your order number

    • The merchandise item(s) you wish to return

  2. Once we receive your request, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.

  3. Pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, attach the provided shipping label to the box, and drop it off at a UPS service center or schedule a UPS pickup.
